Welcome to the history of LincsDirectory.com. This website was released on 1st October 2011. We launched the web site to introduce it to all the major search engines and to work fully on the security to ensure all customers and viewers were completely safe. By the end of October we was able to get all the major security sites (McAffe, Norton, AVG...) to approve our website and include us in there safe online sites system.
In the first month alone we was able to achieve over 30.000 hits on our website putting us on 1st page of Google in 3rd and 4th position.
October 2011
On 21st of October we started working on features for the website to help business increase there revenue and we launched the star rating system on 25th October 2011
November 2011
3rd of November we introduced a comment system so that customers could comment on there experience with businesses and give an idea to other customers what they could expect, It is integrated with Facebook, AOL, Hotmail & Yahoo.
5th of November we added Google maps for customers to be able to pin point the exact location of the business they are looking for and to familiar rise themselves with the area.
9th of November we introduced the live help system for customers to be able to contact the business free of charge and ask any questions they might have.
19th of November we made a big update for the live help for it to be more stable and a lot faster and reliable.
26th of November we added captcha to all of our contact forms to make the site more secure.
